Hello?....Is anybody home???
It's been about a week now since my mom left for HK, and I've been left alone hearing only the echoes of my own voice throughout the house. These past few days have tested my sense of responsibility due to the additional tasks that I normally didn't have to deal with during my everyday life. I've fared alright, but obviously not everything goes according to how it use to be. I cut a few corners on some stuff....which is normal since I'm not used to it yet.
Anyways, I'll have to admit this past week was one of the boring period of time in my life. If it wasn't for 2 exams and a few errands taken care of, I would have absolutely no social interaction. I give new meaning to the phrase "living under a rock". I tried calling a few of you guys, but it seems like everyone is suppressed by those dreaded exams. Living alone sucks, it sucks big time. I'm wondering that if this keeps up for another 3 weeks that I might go nuts and completely lose it. It's certainly not because of me not trying hard enough. I called Floofball so many times that his cell phone died during the weekend without him even knowing it! (just kidding, but the "phone-dying" part was true...)
Wow, it seems this blog is coming along quite quickly. Usually I spent a long time thinking about what to write, but due to my utter lack of a social life, it appears blogging has become my new best friend! Weeeeeee....
Alright, I gotta stop this before I really lose it. Time to go meet my new best friend, the piano! I've discovered it's stress-relieving nature to be very invigorating, oh and it's also the ONLY thing that's helping me get through these times...
