Happy Birthday York!
Today marks the 44th anniversary for the University since its opening. Everyone dressed in red for the celebration which accompanied a whole lot of free food (only if you wore red). Unfortunately I was one of the ones that forgot to wear red (not sure if I even have red clothes). Still there were many celebrations around the campus where they expressed their school spirit proudly.
Meanwhile, it is to my dismay to see how the war is being covered by the most biased American news-broadcasting company, also known as CNN. It sickens me to see US soldier saying how "impressive" it was to bomb innocent civilivians across Baghdad. At the same time, the cost of war is showing its ugly face as Bush asks for an extra $75 billion in funding. No more CNN for me....
One more week of school and then exams start. The study frenzy has begun, which means it is time to isolate myself with stacks of study notes to read. Let's rock!
